Refund Policy

ElaNour Couture wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers, we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions please contact our sales team since we do not issue refunds.

Please note: Sale, Clearance items, special orders are FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges.

Because of ElaNour Couture’s Return Policy, we ask that you contact us for confirmation and instructions. After that may you please send the item/s back to us in perfect condition and follow the return instructions listed below.

Domestic Customers:

Please contact us by email: elanourcouture@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order/purchase to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please indicate if you want to exchange your purchase or would like a store credit. Note the designer name, style, color, and size being requested as well as your wear date. 
 Store Credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected. Store credit never expires. 

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”. Please have your Return Authorization Number RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box.
  • Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number RA# will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 50%. 

  • Upon inspection, all products must be in the condition you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return.  If it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with or damaged without prior notification, your return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.  
  • Processing time for Returns is 4-7 business days. Once processed, the exchange or store credit will be applied to your order. Our Store Credit never expires. 
  • Refunds for money back are not allowed, unless management decides.  In that case you will need a written approval from management send to our written department and you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping charges deducted from the total amount paid. No exceptions unless specified. 
  • Special orders can take 4-6 business weeks with some exceptions. Customers have 5 hours from the time they ordered the dress to decide if the timing will not work for them. If the customer decides to not to get the dress because of timing, there will not be a full refund. Exchange or store credit only If a special order has been placed by us to our production team and or designers, at that point there will not be any refunds WE DO NOT DO REFUNDSor exchanges, since the dress is being made exclusively for our customer.
  • Please note that the return for exchange or store credit policy does not apply to discounted or special orders. Discounted and special orders are final sales and will not be returned for exchange or store credit.
